Platform: Passing Values Management
This settings block allows you to transfer the values of the fields of the master item to the fields of the items of the Details list, provided that the fields on the form of the Details list have the same settings.
Select «Platform: Passing Values Management» on the list options page. The following options are available on the settings page:
- Enable/disable passing of the field values. Determines the on/off settings in the list. By default, the value of the parameter is «Off». In this case, the specified settings will not be applied.
- Fields which values will be passed. Allows you to specify the settings for transferring the values of the fields of the master item to the form of the details list. If the value of the «Passing of the value from client» parameter is set to «No», then the value of the field will be transferred to the field of the details list after saving the master item. If the value of the «Passing of the value from client» parameter is «Yes», then the value of the field will be transferred to the field of the details list without saving the master item.
The configuration is performed in the list of the details list and is available if the parameter «Autocomplete settings based on the master item» is configured for the field of the type «Platform: Details list» of the master list.
This mechanism is applicable for the following types of fields:

- Platform: Person or Group (in the selection mode from the organizational structure. In the editing, viewing and hidden field modes).
- Platform: Choice.
- Platform: Lookup (in hidden field mode).
- Choice (in viewing and hidden field modes).
- Yes/No (check box) (in hidden field mode).
- Date and Time.
An example of the mechanism for transferring values from the fields of the master item to the fields of the details list is shown in the figure:
