General information

The «Оrganizational structure» component is designed to model and display in SharePoint a hierarchy of organizational units and the subordination of employee roles.

 

The transition to the page of the organizational structure is possible in two ways:

  • in the «Directory» section of the vertical menu, select «Оrganizational structure»;
  • in the quick access menu «Settings», select «Organizational structure»;

The menu for modeling the organizational structure is shown in the figure:

 

On the page of the organizational structure there are two modes of data display:

  • «Departments» (the default data display mode) – the data is presented in the form of a hierarchical structure of the organization, indicating in each of the divisions employees, roles and subsidiaries;
  • «Roles» – the data is presented in the form of a hierarchy of functional roles of the System, indicating the employees in each role.
