Actions and recommendations for managing Platform: Task List parameters are similar to those for a Platform list.
Platform: Manage the display of task lists
To add an additional task tab to an item, you need to create a new view in the task list based on the view «Item Tasks» and select it on the settings page «Platform: Linked task list settings» parent list.
Platform: Setting preview options
Page «Platform: Callout settings» allows you to configure the preview window to display basic information from the item’s card, which pops up when you hover over an item in the list view.
On the list options page, select «Platform: Callout settings». The following options are available on the settings page:
- Enable Callout for the list. Activates possibility of Callout for the list. The default value of the parameter is «Off». In this case, the specified settings will not be applied.
- Settings of definitions of Callout. Allows you to configure templates that specify a list of fields to display in the preview window and the type of template.
- Bindings of templates to contents representations/types to fields Allows you to associate templates with the types of list contents, as well as specify the columns when you hover over them in the view a preview window will be displayed.
To create a template, click «Edit» in parameter «Settings of definitions of Callout». In the form that opens, click «To add new definition of Callout»:
In the form that opens, specify the name of the template and select a display template. To specify the list of fields to display in the preview window, click «Modify» in parameter «Fields list»:

To associate a preview template with list content types, columns, and views, click «Edit» in parameter «Bindings of templates to contents representations/types to fields » on the preview settings page.
To add a new link, click «Add new binding» in open form:
Select a template, specify a field, when you hover over which a preview window will be displayed, determine the presentation and type of content for which you want to apply settings:
If the settings should be applied to all types of list contents, then the parameter «Content type» must be left blank.
To display the preview window, open the view with which the template is associated and hover over the field specified in the settings:
Platform: Column width settings
Page «Platform: Field Size Settings» allows you to set a fixed column width in list view. It also allows you to limit the height of values for the following types of fields:
- Platform: Tabular part,
- Platform: User or group,
- User or group,
- Multiple lines of text.
On the list options page, select «Platform: Column width settings ». The following options are available on the settings page:
- List view. Allows you to set individual field size settings for each list view.
- Enable or disable fields width settigns. Defines on/off settings in the view. The default value of the parameter is «Off». In this case, the specified settings will not be applied.
- Width. Defines the width of the field in pixels.
- Height limit. Allows you to display incomplete field content in the list view with the ability to expand and view all content. If the parameter value is «On», then the first three rows of the field value will be displayed in the view. The default value of the parameter is «Off».
An example of a view with field size settings turned Off/On:

When setting the conditions for including fields in the list of signatories on the page «Platform: Electronic signature settings» depending on the parent item, only one parent list is available for selection.
