Platform: Lookup

The following parameters are available for customizing the column type «Platform: Lookup»:

• Get data from web. Identifies the node where the target list is located.
• From list. Specifies the target list from which the value will be inserted into the created field.
• Display data from field. Specifies the list field from which the value will be inserted into the created field.
• Allow multiple values. Specifies whether multiple values can be entered in the field.
• Allow unlimited lenght in document libraries.
• Show as plain text without link. Allows you to display the value of the field as text without reference to the forms of the item.
• Filter list items. Allows you to customize the filtering conditions of the items of the target list depending on the field values of the target item or the parameters of the current item.
• Control type. Selection of data in the field is possible using: a picker dialog, a drop-down list or an enchaced drop-down list.
• Use autocomplete (specified if the value of the «Control type» parameter is «Picker dialog»). Allows you to configure the automatic completion of the input value in the field.
• Use view in dialog (indicated if the value of the «Control type» parameter is «Picker dialog»). Allows you to specify the view to display in the dialog box.
• Sort items (is indicated if the value of the «Control type» parameter is «Dropdown list» or «Enchanced drop-down list»). Determines how to sort the values in the drop-down list.
• Fields to show in dropdown items (it is indicated if the value of the «Control type» parameter is equal to «Enchanced dropdown»). Specifies the set of fields to display in the drop-down list.
• Max items in dropdown (it is indicated if the value of the «Control type» parameter is equal to «Exchanced drop-down list»). Specifies the maximum number of items to display in the drop-down list.
• Choose layout (it is indicated if the value of the «Control type» parameter is equal to «Exchanced drop-down list»). Determines whether the values in the drop-down list are displayed: in a row or in a column.
• Width of the dropdown list (is indicated if the value of the «Control type» parameter is «Exchanced drop-down list». Allows you to specify a fixed width of the drop-down list (in pixels).
• Show new item button (indicated if the value of the «Control type» parameter is «Picker dialog»). Allows you to create a lookup list item without going to the list.  The button to create is displayed on the form of the item next to the field of type «Platform: Lookup» after enabling the setting:
